We don't have a minimum and the maximum is 55 for birthday bookings! You can book up to 15 people online and if you have more than 15 please email us for a details: email@example.com
No, we don't offer a deposit scheme. However, our booking terms and conditions are flexible, you can receive a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days ahead of your birthday party. You can also amend a booking upto 48 hours before a session, ask the invitees to RSVP three days before the event. This will allow you to amend the booking and request a refund if a couple of participants cannot make it. Please note that any amendments inside the 48 hours cannot be made and policy will be stated.
Absolutely. We understand that planning a birthday party can be a stressful experience, and sometimes plans and party sizes change.
If you are amending your booking with more than 7-days to your booking date, amendments are free of charge and can be done via our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org, or alternatively by calling 0800 121 6242.
If you are within the 7-day period and more than 48 hours before your activity, you will need to contact our booking team to make your amendment. Amendments are subject to a £5 administration fee.
Within 48 hours of your activity, it isn't possible to make an amendment
Oakfire is an excellent "all-weather" activity. We have received lots of positive feedback from participants who have attended in the rain, with some even saying it adds to the fun. We advise dressing appropriately for the weather so that this does not dampen your experience.
A spare set of clothes is also handy, so you can get changed at the end of your activity. We do not offer changing room facilities, but our site has toilets available for this if needed.
Safety is always our number one priority, so we occasionally have to close if the weather is deemed unsafe due to adverse weather such as high winds, thunderstorms, or thick ice. Our team will get in touch as soon as possible via the contact number provided if your visit is impacted. We will also post updates via the Oakfire's social media channels too.
Our team on site assesses the weather every morning before opening to the public to ensure it is safe to operate and throughout the day for any changes. If you are not contacted, then your booking will be going ahead as scheduled.
Before you go - Checklist
Check the forecast and dress accordingly. Bring gloves if it's a cold day.
Wear clothes you don't mind getting grimy. Wear flat, closed toe shoes suitable for the outdoors.
Tie up long hair, tuck away necklaces, remove hoop earrings and cover your waist.
